A - No you do not have to Register.  Go to the List Your Land for Lease page to list your land on MidwestAgLease.com.  Registration applies to tenants only.

Q - The terms "Register" & "List Your Land for Lease" are confusing.  What do they mean?
A - "Register" is for tenants looking for available land.  "List Your Land for Lease" is for owners to list their available land for lease.

Q - How much does it cost to list my land for lease & how long is my listing left on MidwestAgLease.com?
A - Please refer to our Cost section.  Your listing is shown on our web site until your land is either leased or until the listing expiration date, usually June 1st.  Please call or email us for additional information.

Q - What does "01 Land" & "01 Row Crop mean?
A - First we are building for the future with the intention of classifying agricultural leasing referrals in the several categories.  The category "01" designates "Land".  We currently classify land use/purpose into several categories.

Q - Why can't I view listings or access the data base?  When I go to MidwestAgLease.com the site says in maintenance mode.  What this mean & why can't I go any further?
A - The web site MidwestAgLease.com is in maintenance mode to make data base changes as we continue to improvements.  Data Base Maintenance will be scheduled, announced & performed during off-hours tenatively between the overnight hours of 10pm & 8am CST.

Midwest Ag Lease ---- Our Mission Statement

Our mission as a land leasing agent is to link ag producers to the landowner whether they are local farmers or absentee owners. We market your land beyond the local coffee shop & cafe. Our internet marketing reaches across the state, Midwest and entire U.S.  Land is a solid long term investment and we will do our best to get the maximum return for the landowner.

As a Leasing Agent we also work for the producer increasing their awareness of available land that they need to make their operation more profitable by putting their large and expensive machinery to maximum use.

We as Americans owe a great thanks and appreciation to the farmers and landowners in making this country what it is. Without the ag producer feeding and clothing the world we would be in a sad state of existence.

Conceived & formed in July 2007, our small partnership realized the need to centralize agricultural leasing information & provide a clearing house for lands available for lease or rent emphasizing ease of use for the landowner to list their land & tenants to find lands for lease.  Our team consists of a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Licensed Real Estate Agent/ex-internet provider manager & a Web Developer/ex-IT manager.  We also have many years hands-on experience in the agriculture industry.
